I went up to a cabin with my family it is a big body of land with about 10 cabins that u can adopt if ur friebnds with the owners of the land.
I went for 4 days on a long weekeend.
On my trip i saw birds of all sorts chickens that soem fo the people owned i didnt se many species but there was a man tha lived there all through the year and he told me that the day before he had seen cougar tracks.
School: Madrona
We liked the fun activities like camouflage (Jack won woohoo smokin hot!) and we liked the game where you had to figure out what animal was on your back. We learned that if you lick a banana slug your tongue will go numb (Joe did it ). We learned that animal poop can be fuzzy. We learned that when you go into nature you should leave it as it is. Nathan was a very good guide because he seemed to love nature.

On Thursday May 11th we went on a feild trip to Wild ED. We learned that in lots of other places than BC moss is only on the north side of a tree but in BC moss is on every side of a tree because there is so much rain. I also learned that you can eat a type fern it is the lcourish fern. I aso leaned that seing eagles flying in a circle over you is good luck. I thin k wild Ed was the best feild trip I have ever been on.

On may 10th my class went to wilded wich stands for wild education. We didn't go there with a bus, Some of the parents drove us there. I went with mr.Donnelly Caitlan's dad. Me, Tara and Sydney went with caitlan. We were the last ones leaving the school but we weren't the last ones there. Anyways, we had two leaders Gavin & Nathan. When we arrived there we played a game of tag. Then we had to get in a circle, and they'll time us. I forgot how long it took us to make a circle, But Nathan said the grade 2's where faster than us :]. After we had to jump and shout our names proudly. They also timed us. I forgot how long it took us to jump and say our names, I also forgot how long it was, Hahaha. After we played another fun game. We had to be a plankton than we played rock,paper,sissors against another plankton. If you won,you'll be a small fish, than we had to play against another small fish but if you lose you'll have to stay as a small fish but if you won you'll be a salmon then if we win again we'll be a killer whale. Oh, we also had actions and sounds for each salmon/fish.

On May 10th both my classmates and my teachers went tom learn about Wild Education. Our guides at the Wild Education centre were Gavin and Nathan. Our guides took us for hikes and we played fun games like camouflage. My guide was Gavin and Mrs. McLachlan and Mrs. Pollington came as well as Caitlan's dad who drove us to the centre and back. We stopped off for lunch in the Wilderness but I didn't imagine that there would be that many flies.
The three things that I liked about my day there had to do with the Wilderness. I loved pklaying camouflage especially because I won one of the games. I also liked it when our guide took us into the woods and we played a fun game. My partner was Mrs.McLachlan. The instructions of the game were one of the partners had to lead the other partner who's closing their eyes around the woods to take a picture. Ofcourse we f=didn't have a camera so when the person who was guiding us touched our ear then we opened our eyes and took a picture. After we had to draw our favourite picture.
1.
a) I liked the rock that we ate lunch on at Mount Seymour. The view was so great! We could see downtown Vancouver, lots of mountains and the scenery BC is famous for.
b) I liked the fun games we played.
c)I liked that when we stopped to talk about the trees or anything it was always fun and interesting instead of boring and it didn't drone on and on.
2.
a)I learned that even though some stuff is biodegradable it's still not okay to throw it in the middle of the forest. Not that I ever did that but I was never sure whether or not to tell people to stop.
b)I learned that there's a lot of stuff underneath the spongy earth in the forest of Mount Seymour.
c) I learned that it's really fun to walk downhill for a long time!
(Although, I already knew that but I'd never actually tried it for a long time.)
3. Thank you Gavin and Nathan for being so great and fun for our trip to Mount Seymour. I really appreciate it. Nathan, you taught us some really fun games and some nice *cough* songs. (Just kidding)

Hey Nathen, I learned that seals were once were not found in BC.Also that frog are really cute. Last is that sunstars can grow up to 40 legs in the wild. My favorite thing was the trivea game. Nthen I liked it how you said to only take out what you brought in.Thaks agien nathen.
